< DOORS & DRAWERS >
CDG panels are used to manufacture cabinet doors and drawers in two primary styles: slab and shaker. Slab doors offer a smooth, flat surface for a modern look, while shaker doors feature a framed design for a more traditional appearance. Both are built for durability and consistent quality.

DOOR STYLES
Slab and Shaker cabinet doors are two popular styles that offer distinct aesthetics. Slab doors feature a flat, minimalist look, while Shaker doors are known for their classic, framed design with a recessed center panel.
SHAKER DOORS:
Shaker doors feature a five-piece construction: four frame pieces with a recessed center panel. This design is both simple and elegant, making it versatile enough for various styles, from traditional to modern farmhouse. Typically made from solid wood or MDF. Their clean lines and subtle detailing offer a timeless, classic look while still being adaptable to more contemporary settings.
SLAB DOORS:
Slab doors are made from a single, flat panel, giving them a sleek, modern, and uncluttered look. They are often used in contemporary and minimalist kitchens due to their clean lines and seamless surface, which can be finished in high gloss, super matte, or wood grain. The lack of detailing makes them easy to clean and maintain, ideal for creating a streamlined, modern aesthetic.
PARTICLE BOARD >
Particle board is a widely used substrate core for cabinet panels, made from wood chips, sawdust, and resin, compressed under heat and pressure. It’s cost-effective and provides a smooth surface for your finish of choice, but it’s less durable and moisture-resistant compared to plywood, making it more suitable for dry, low-impact environments.
PLYWOOD >
Plywood is a popular substrate core for cabinet panels, constructed from thin layers of wood veneers bonded together with adhesive. Its cross-grain structure enhances strength, stability, and resistance to warping, making it more durable than particle board. Plywood is also better suited for high-moisture environments, such as a kitchen or bathroom.
M.D.F >
MDF (Medium-Density Fiberboard) is a smooth, dense substrate core for cabinet panels, made from fine wood fibers and resin compressed under heat. It offers a uniform surface ideal for painted finishes and veneers, but it’s heavier than particle board and less resistant to moisture, making it more suited for low-humidity environments.
